Today, a wealth of information is more accessible than ever through books, podcasts, social media, blog posts, and news articles, helping to break down past barriers of silence.
Shared Experience
When I first entered this stage of life over ten years ago, my understanding of menopause was limited to a few facts: menstruation stops, and some women experience hot flashes and night sweats. What I didn’t realize then was how many diverse and often challenging symptoms—ranging from mild discomforts to deeply affecting struggles—were part of this transition from peri-menopause to post-menopause.
I faced depression, brain fog, fatigue, frequent headaches, joint pain, gut imbalances, and yes, night sweats. It was confusing, frustrating, and left me feeling depleted. Without clear guidance or understanding, it was a lonely journey.
An Informed Journey
My hope now is that women approaching menopause don’t have to navigate this time in the same way I did—feeling lost or overwhelmed. By nurturing healthier habits around sleep, nutrition, exercise, and mindset, I’ve found a path to feeling empowered, strong, and vital. I want to share this journey with you, offering support and compassion as we embrace this life chapter together.
